Some people arrive knowing exactly what they need, usually because they have already owned the compromise. Harry has been building one-offs since 1978. Bring him the water you fish, the way you fish it, and the boat that does not exist yet.
The boat above is a 25-footer. It is not a poling skiff and it was never meant to be. Harry is known for 17 and 18 foot skiffs, and that is most of what leaves the shop, but the molds are his and so is the design work. If what you need is bigger than the boat he is known for, that is a conversation worth having rather than a reason to go somewhere else.

Anglers with a specific problem no production hull solves, and anyone who needs something outside the 17 to 18 foot range Harry usually builds.
